The mine reserve is a completely homogeneous structure. Our raw perlite is pure and called A+ quality with licenses. Our licensed mining area is 680 hecrates where is located in Cubuk, Ankara – Turkey. According to geophysical studies, the reserve is estimated to be 25 million tons. The current perlite mining capacity is 400.000 metric tons of raw perlite per year. With our expertise in perlite, also with educated team and high technology facilities, we produce the mine at its highest quality.
The perlite that is removed with a scoop at the mine site is being cut to size at the crushing and screening facility in our mine and is being sent to our factory where is 22 km away from mine quarry. It is being dried again, crushed, sieved and then checked for last quality control before delivery.
